For the modern idealist.

We're a podcast and a practice for people who refuse to choose between ambition and meaning, between rigour and wonder, between getting it done and doing it on their own terms.

Why we made this

Most of us are fluent in strategy. We write five-year plans for our companies, decks for our investors, vision statements for our teams. Then we go home and let our own lives happen by default. Modern Idealist exists to flip that.

What you'll find here

  • Honest conversations with people quietly building remarkable lives.
  • A free Personal Playbook to map the next 1–3 years.
  • Rituals, prompts and the occasional kick in the pants.

"Every time you repeat a new habit you're casting a vote for the kind of person you want to become. The more votes you cast, the stronger that identity becomes — until one day, it's just who you are."

— Charles Duhigg
